We are in the middle of upgrading our equipment and getting some new tools and toys. βStart small, think bigβ has been part of our philosophy from the start. We have literally built NCMC from the ground up. We are growing as fast as it is possible to grow πΏ

New Tanks, New Possibilities


This month we had several new tanks arrive. The tanks are all installed completing phase one of the upgrade project.
We will also be adding additional equipment over the next few weeks. This will allow us to significantly increase our production capacity.
This upgrade project also means we will have more offerings in bottles and, for the first time cans πΎπ₯³
This expansion project has interrupted our production briefly so we will be running short on some offerings in the tasting room. Rest assured this is temporary and we will be back to a full line up shortly and be better than ever!
