Recently, we have hosted several birthdays, family get togethers and other celebrations and meetings. We love doing this and are grateful to our customers who choose our place to gather with friends and family
People often bring us bee-related gifts. One couple recently brought in a bee Christmas ornament. It’s amazing to feel the love and appreciation we all share for these incredible pollinators. They play such an important role in natural ecosystems and agriculture

Pomegranate Mead

The Greek myth goes that Goddess Demeter’s daughter, Persephone ate some pomegranate seeds while in the underworld. Having taken food from Hades’ realm she could not leave… and thus she was forced to reign the Underworld with its King. In honor of her story, this dangerously delicious mead is called Queen of the Underworld
Carmel Apple Cyser
500mL | 12.5% ABV
A cyser is a combination of both mead and cider, our two favorite things to brew. We put this in bourbon barrels in November 2021. After a year of aging, it’s now available for your enjoyment in bottles and on tap in the tasting room. Rich, complex and layered with tasty flavors, this full-bodied cyser is perfect for sipping through the the holiday season.

Backwoods BBQ is Back
Join us for dinner on December 17th!

Last month we caramelized some honey in preparation of bringing Butterbrew back! A crowd favorite that’s fun to pair with other flavors, it’s sure to please. Stay tuned for when it hits the taps.
