New Summer Flavors
Red Currant Cider
We are very proud to announce a new cider. It’s a Red Currant Cider. It’s a lovely cousin to our popular Black Currant Cider. The Red is a little lighter in body, perfect for warmer weather. It’s refreshing and delicious.
Sparkling “Summer Crush”
We are also proud to introduce a new mead to the line up… Say hello to your “Summer Crush” – this Strawberry Lemon Sparkling Mead is absolutely irresistible. Delicate fresh strawberry, tart lemon, and fresh honey make a delectable combination. It might just be love at first sip
Tanks are Functional, Taps are Flowing
We have been very excited to procure some new equipment including some new tanks, a new filtration system, and a new glycol system for keeping everything at optimal temperatures.
The new tanks are in use! We are still working on getting the other equipment installed and functional.
As we are navigating this process, we are back in production – and the mead and cider are flowing back to taps in the tasting room.

We’ve come a long way, baby!
We are excited to be growing. This May marked our second year in business. Reflecting on where we started, we’ve come a long way baby! Many small businesses fail in their first year and we are proud and grateful to still be buzzing along.
Looking ahead at the future we have great optimism for continued growth and expansion. We make excellent beverages and there is much demand. Growing does have its challenges and it is not always simple.
