October 2022

One of the things we love about mead is that the flavor profiles are endless. We have fun in the tasting room combining different meads and ciders to create unique and delightful treats. It’s a beautiful, buzz-filled form of art

The love of mead is an international phenomenon, which is even true here. We’ve had the pleasure of meeting visitors stopping in for a taste, coming from as far away as England and France

Mouthwatering Tapas & Taps

Delicious Pop-up BBQ

Backwoods BBQ is a newly formed local business, bringing a ton of experience and amazing food to the table

They have come twice, once bringing pulled pork sliders, and most recently they served up tri-tip, beans and salad. They are regular customers and actually use our mead in their marinades and sauces. They will be back soon with more great food and hopefully be a regular thing. It was a great success and sold out.

Keep an eye out, we will post future dates. It’s first come, first served

On Tap Around Town

We have BrewFest coming up in October 8th in Downtown Grass Valley. We will be serving a mead and a cider. Get tickets early, it sold out last year!

In addition to our regular spots, Tofanelli’s now has our cider on tap.

Mindscape Fermentations in Rocklin now has our mead and cider on tap.
